Community Service Work: If you have been ordered to do community service work, you need to talk to your probation officer to make sure that the agency for whom you will be performing the public service is acceptable to the judge/probation officer. Generally, you should contact one of the below agencies. However, if they are full, you may be able to perform community service hours at any NON-PROFIT agency that is licensed as a 501(c)(3) and receives funding from United Way or is a Government Agency. You can call the United Way for a list of agencies that receive their funds.

To prove that you have performed your community service hours you MUST bring TYPED PROOF on AGENCY LETTERHEAD including PHONE NUMBER and CONTACT PERSON.
