Violations of Probation can often be more stressful than the original charge. At this point your probation officer is telling the court that you have not lived up to the promise you made in your plea agreement. The sentence you agreed to may be put into effect and you may go to jail or prison to serve that sentence. It is critical that you call my office immediately.
